Q: Can I get a sample? How to pay for it?
A: Yes, the free sample in small size(10x10cm) is available with
freight collect or prepaid.
Q: How to place an order?
A: You can send email to us, it would be better including more
details for following your request, such as size, type, quantity,
material, etc, then we can make proforma invoice for the order.
Q: How about your payment term?
A: 30%T/T in advance, balance before shipment; also can accept the
Western Union and irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q: When can you deliver?
A: Our factory have stock for Mostly 80% products, we can deliver
them within 7 days, if not, will be 15~20 days after getting the
deposit.
Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, OEM is highly welcome, also can make your special package
and your logo on the bottom of tile if your quantity is enough.
Q: How to ensure the quality?
A: Free sample will be able to verify our quality, also we do
careful and strict inspection during production also before
loading, and will send the test report for checking if customer
